Context
Your building name identifies the property connected to your ButterflyMX account. You may be asked to provide it when contacting your property management team or ButterflyMX Support.
How to find your building name
- Open the ButterflyMX mobile app.
- Log in to the app if you aren't already logged in.
- Go to the app’s home screen.
- Look at the top of the screen. Your current building name appears above your unit number.
If your account is connected to multiple properties, tap the building name and unit number to view or switch between your available properties. The building currently selected is the one displayed on your home screen.
Note: If the building information displayed in the app is incorrect, contact your property manager or building management team for assistance.
