Some users may notice that the Brilliant integration with ButterflyMX is no longer functioning. This issue is related to a change in the ButterflyMX software that affected how the two systems communicate.
At this time, the integration is not operational and cannot be restored through user settings or configuration changes.
Why the Integration Is Not Working
A required software update on the ButterflyMX platform unintentionally disrupted the connection between Brilliant and ButterflyMX. As a result, the integration stopped functioning and is currently unavailable.
Because the issue is tied to system-level changes, it cannot be fixed through troubleshooting on the Brilliant device or within the ButterflyMX mobile app.
Current Status
The Brilliant integration is not currently supported. There is no user-side action that can restore the integration at this time.
