Overview
If you receive a “Password Reset Link Expired” message when trying to reset your password, it usually means the link you clicked is no longer valid. For security reasons, password reset links are only active for a limited time.
This message commonly appears when an older reset email is opened or when the link is used after the expiration window has passed.
Why This Happens
Password reset links are designed to expire after a short period to help protect your account. You may see this error if:
The reset link was opened after it expired
You clicked an older reset email instead of the newest one
Multiple reset emails were requested and the wrong link was used
In these situations, the system will require you to generate a new reset link.
