It’s frustrating when you’re ready to get to work and find yourself staring at a login screen—again. If the Tenant app is frequently logging you out, follow this guide to troubleshoot the issue and get back to your day.
Step 1: Identify the Pattern
To help us narrow down the cause, take a moment to notice how often this is happening. Is it:
Every session?
Multiple times a day?
Occasionally/Daily?
Identifying the frequency helps determine if this is a session timeout setting or a technical glitch.
Step 2: Check Your Setup
Outdated software is the most common culprit for session stability issues. Please ensure the following are up to date:
App Version: Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to see if an update is available for the Tenant app.
Operating System (OS): Ensure your device (iPhone, Android, iPad, or Desktop) is running its latest software version.
Step 3: Troubleshooting Steps
If your software is current but the issue persists, try these steps in order:
Update the App: If you haven’t already, install the latest version from your device’s app store.
Perform a Clean Reinstall:
Uninstall the Tenant app from your device.
Restart your device (this clears temporary cache files).
Reinstall the app from the store.
Log back in using your credentials.
