If you're using an iOS device and not receiving calls through the ButterflyMX mobile app, follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
1. Refresh Your Login (Access Token Issue)
Sometimes, your app session may expire or encounter verification problems. To reset your session:
Open the ButterflyMX app.
Tap the Account tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out.
Log back in using your email and password.
Check if you can now receive calls.
2. Check iOS Notification Settings
iOS notification settings may block ButterflyMX from sending call alerts. To review and update:
Open your iPhone’s Settings.
Scroll down and tap ButterflyMX.
Tap Notifications.
Ensure Allow Notifications is enabled.

Make sure Alerts are enabled for:
Lock Screen
Notification Center
Banners
Ensure Sounds and Badges are also turned on.
3. Test Your Internet Connection
Unstable or weak network connections can affect call delivery. Try the following:
If you're connected to Wi-Fi, switch to cellular data and test again.
If you're on cellular data, connect to a Wi-Fi network.
Make sure your internet connection is stable.
