The following article walks you through accessing Camera Hardware information.

What to do:

Access Camera Hardware Information

1. Select Devices to open camera hardware details, where you can review individual cameras.

   

2. You can scroll down to see the full list of devices

   

3. After identifying a specific camera, you can click the three dots (Actions) button on the right to "Edit", "Unassign", or "Ignore" the camera

   

   • If a camera is unassigned, its actions dropdown will show "Assign" or "Ignore".

     

4. Click "Edit" to edit the Camera Hardware details in the pop-up that appears

   

5. Click "Assign" to assign the camera to a Gateway and Access Points

   

6. Click "Ignore" to ignore the camera

7. 

   • If a camera is ignored, you can click the three dots to "Unignore" the camera.

     

Access Gateway Hardware Information

1. Click the "Gateway hardware" tab to view gateway hardware details

   

2. After identifying a specific gateway, you can click the three dots (Actions) button on the right to "Edit" the gateway

   

3. Click "Edit" to edit the Gateway details in the pop-up that appears
