What to do:

Investigate events from single camera

1. When you open a camera, the Events panel helps you connect access activity with its corresponding footage.

   

2. Select an event to jump to that moment in the video player. You can also download an individual one-minute event clip directly from the panel.

   

   

3. The event filters available from the Cameras landing page are also available here. You can include events from access points without cameras or review events beyond the camera currently displayed when you need more context for an investigation.

View multiple cameras

• Multi-view lets you bring additional cameras into the same investigation. Cameras added to Multi-view stay synchronized to the same timeframe.

  

• To use Multi-view:
  1. Open a camera.

  2. Add the other cameras you want to review.

     

     

  3. Choose one of the following layouts:

     

     • Spotlight view: Emphasizes one camera while keeping the others visible.

       

     • Grid view: Displays the selected cameras together in a grid. Grid view displays up to six cameras at once.

       

  4. To focus on another camera, click it to make it the main camera. The Events panel updates to reflect the selected main camera.
• Multi-view selections are saved only for your current session. If you navigate away from that screen, the selection is reset. To create a camera arrangement that remains available across sessions and to other property users, create a camera grouping instead.
