The following article walks you through how to review property access events in Cameras.

What to do:

1. The Events panel displays access events to help you identify when and where activity occurred.

   

2. By default, the panel displays events from access points associated with a camera. Use the available filters to narrow the results by:
   • Access status, such as successful or denied
   • Event or access method

   • Access point

     

3. You can also choose to include events from access points without an associated camera. Depending on the device, these events may include:
   • An intercom snapshot

   • Event details without an image, such as an event from a keypad

     

4. Even when footage or a snapshot is unavailable, the event can help establish when activity occurred and where to continue your investigation.
5. Select an event to review its details and any available video or snapshot.
