ButterflyMX is transitioning to a new accounts receivable and payment platform to provide a more streamlined and secure way to manage invoices and payments.

The new platform integrates with our accounting systems in real time, helping ensure that your account records remain up to date.

What you can do in the new platform

The new customer platform allows you to:

• View invoices in one place: Access and manage your open and historical invoices.
• Make electronic payments: Submit payments by ACH or card directly through the platform.

When will the new platform become available?

Registration emails from the new platform will begin arriving on September 2, 2026.

Access to the platform is tied to the primary billing email address associated with your ButterflyMX account.

If your primary billing contact has changed, email invoices@butterflymx.com to update your information and ensure that the correct person receives the registration invitation.

Recommended payment methods

For the fastest processing of service renewals and hardware shipments, we recommend paying by ACH or card.

ButterflyMX will continue to accept checks, but electronic payments provide immediate confirmation and can help prevent processing delays or service disruptions.
