ButterflyMX makes it easy to pay your invoices online or through alternative methods. Below are all the ways you can make a payment, along with helpful tips to avoid delays.
🔗 Option 1: Pay Online (Fastest & Recommended)
You can securely pay your invoices online using your customer-specific payment link.
We will provide your payment link once we generate your invoice. Because each link is specific to your account, please use the link provided directly to you. If you need your payment link or no longer have access to it, you can contact our Finance team through our web form to request it.
Once you open your payment link, you will have two ways to access and pay your invoices:
Customer Portal
Enter your billing email address to access the Customer Portal. From the portal, you can:
- View your outstanding invoices in one place.
- Select and pay your invoices.
- Pay by ACH, debit card, or credit card.
We recommend using the Customer Portal if you regularly manage invoices or would like access to all available payment methods.
Pay Without Logging In
If you prefer not to access the Customer Portal, enter your Invoice Number (INV#) instead.
You will then be able to view the outstanding invoices associated with your account and select the invoice(s) you would like to pay.
Please note that payments made without logging in are limited to debit and credit cards. ACH payments are available only through the Customer Portal.

📬 After You Pay
- Always include your Invoice Number(s) on your check payment.
- At the time of payment, please email remittance advice (payment date, amount, and invoice number[s]) to remittances@butterflymx.com.
🔄 Option 3: Pay by Bank Transfer
- Complete the form here to request our ACH account information.
- Once you send payment, email your remittance details (payment date, amount, invoice number) to remittances@butterflymx.com so we can apply it quickly.
💡 Additional Notes
Credit Card Payments: A 2.4% service fee applies.
Processing Time: Online payments are processed fastest. Mailed checks may take 2–3 weeks to clear, depending on the origin and destination.
Urgent Shipments: For same-day hardware orders, we recommend paying online since it processes immediately, while checks and ACH can be slower.
Autopay mode: At this time, autopay mode has not been set up. We will notify you if/when autopay becomes available.
