If you prefer not to appear in the building’s intercom directory but still want to use the ButterflyMX mobile app, this can be done without removing your account.
When your name is hidden from the directory, visitors will not be able to call your unit from the intercom, but you can continue using the app normally.
What Changes
Your name is removed from the intercom directory.
Visitors cannot call you from the building entry panel.

You can still use the ButterflyMX mobile app to:
Open doors
Use visitor passes
Access other features available in your building
This option is commonly used when residents prefer not to receive intercom calls but still want to use the app for building access.
