If you have access to more than one apartment or unit but do not see the additional apartment in your ButterflyMX mobile app, it usually means the apartment has not been added to your account yet by the property manager.
Residents cannot add themselves to additional apartments directly in the app.
What You Should Do
Contact your property manager or building administrator and ask them to add your account to the additional apartment in the ButterflyMX system.
Once the property manager updates your access, the new apartment will appear in your ButterflyMX mobile app.
Example
If you recently gained access to another unit, such as a second apartment or office in the same building, the property manager must first add your account to that unit. After the update is made, the apartment will automatically appear in the app.
