To remove your access history-whether it's access logs or call logs—from the ButterflyMX mobile app, please follow the steps below:

Verify your ButterflyMX app is up to date:
Visit the App Store and make sure you're running the latest version of the app:

Delete individual activity logs:
- Open the ButterflyMX mobile app.
- Tap the bell icon in the upper-right corner to access your activity.
- In the Access or Call Logs section, swipe left on any entry you'd like to remove.
- Tap Delete, then confirm by selecting Remove.
Please note that there is currently no option for bulk deletion-each entry must be removed individually.
