ButterflyMX makes it easy to pay your invoices online or through alternative methods. Below are all the ways you can make a payment, along with helpful tips to avoid delays.
π Option 1: Pay Online (Fastest & Recommended)
You can pay your invoice securely online using one of two options:
Guest Payment Link
- Use this for one-time payments.
- Youβll need your Customer Number and Invoice Number (INV#).
- Enter payment details and submit.
Customer Portal
- Register with the billing email address we have on file.
- View all of your open invoices in one place.
- Pay multiple invoices at once.
β οΈ Common Issues:
- Make sure to type INV before your invoice number.
- Use zeros (0) in your Customer Number, not the letter O.
- If no invoices appear, confirm you used the same billing email we have on record.

π¬ After You Pay
- Always include your Invoice Number(s) on your check payment.
- At the time of payment, please email remittance advice (payment date, amount, and invoice number[s]) to remittances@butterflymx.com.
π Option 3: Pay by Bank Transfer
- Email invoices@butterflymx.com to request our ACH account information.
- Once payment is sent, email your remittance details (payment date, amount, invoice number) to remittances@butterflymx.com so we can apply it quickly.
π‘ Additional Notes
Credit Card Payments: A 2% service fee applies. Debit cards are not accepted. Mastercard payments from MA, CT, or international customers are currently unavailable. AMEX is also not accepted for CAD payments.
Processing Time: Online payments are processed fastest. Mailed checks may take 2β3 weeks to clear, depending on the origin destination.
Urgent Shipments: For same-day hardware orders, we recommend paying online since it processes immediately, while checks and ACH can be slower.
Autopay mode: At this time, autopay mode has not been set up. We will notify you if/when autopay becomes available.
