Context

Your building ID is a unique number ButterflyMX uses to identify your property. You may be asked to provide it when contacting ButterflyMX Support or completing certain setup requests.

How to find your building ID

1. Log in to the ButterflyMX OS on a computer.
2. If you manage multiple properties, identify the appropriate property.
3. Locate the ID column.
4. Find the number under the ID column directly to the left of the respective property name. This number is your building ID.
