Context
To view all LPR events, visit the Door Releases tab to review real-time transaction logs.
What to do
The Door Releases page shows LPR events alongside other access events. LPR entries are distinctively marked with an access type label reading License Plate.
Click an entry to open the full event card, which features two elements:
One-Minute Video Record: A context capture of the minute the system registered the event.
Note: Because the clip is bound to the exact transaction minute mark, the vehicle may not appear immediately in the frame. If the car is missing from the initial seconds, review the live stream logs for the subsequent minute block to view the complete drive-up sequence.
Vehicle Snapshot: A broad photo showing the vehicle orientation within the lane along with a close-up crop of the license plate and the license plate read by the gateway - allowing users to verify system reads against physical characters instantly without manual zoom manipulation.
Filtering: Isolate LPR faults quickly using search tools on the Door Releases screen.
Set Entry Method to License Plate only.
Narrow down searches by specific Access Points (e.g., North Gate).
Filter by Release Status:
Unlocked: The plate was verified as clean, matched an authorized tenant profile, and sent an interface command to the controller.
Denied: The system read the plate string, but failed to find a matching, active authorization record within the local database.
