Context:
Populate vehicle access tools prior to physical deployment to ensure zero downtime when the cameras go live.
What to do:
When setting up a building for the first time, use the batch import system:
- Navigate to Tenants and click the Upload Access Tools button (do not use the standard system 'Imports' tab).
- Download the CSV template.
- Prerequisite: Ensure Phase 1 is fully complete before downloading this file. The system dynamically generates LPR data columns (License Plate and State as required entries; Make, Model, Color, and Type as optional fields) only if LPR is enabled on the building profile first.
Populate data without symbols, spaces, or dashes, save, and upload. A summary confirmation or error email will trigger upon completion.
