Keep in mind that your Kwikset / Weiser UNITE lock must be commissioned using the UNITE app by your installer before it can be connected to ButterflyMX. The Kwikset / Weiser UNITE is an offline/BLE integration only — locks do not connect to Wi-Fi. This is by design. Access is managed via Swipe-to-Open (Bluetooth) through the ButterflyMX app and UNITE fobs. PIN codes are not supported.
