Context:

The following documentation walks you through how to register your ButterflyMX Admin account.

What to do:

1. After your Client Onboarding Specialist has added you as an admin in the ButterflyMX OS, you will receive a registration email from registration@butterflymx.com.
2. From the email, click “Get Started” to create your password and register your account.
3. After the above is completed, you will be able to access the ButterflyMX OS, view your property's account, set up ButterflyMX preferences, add community admins, add tenants, etc.
