The ButterflyMX Visitor Pass provides all essential details for a guest's visit. Property managers have the option to display either the building address or the unit issuer's address.
To display the unit issuer’s address:
- Contact your ButterflyMX Client Success Manager to enable this feature for your building.
- Update unit labels to show the address or any information the tenant would like displayed in the address of their Visitor Pass.
- Visitor Pass addresses in text, email, and Apple Wallet will show the unit label instead of the building address - but will keep the building’s city, state, and zip code.
