Context:
A ButterflyMX representative will request an invite to the dormakaba Lyazon Utility App on your behalf. A dormakaba Lyazon account is required to commission and troubleshoot the dormakaba EVO LZ smart locks.
Please reach out to solarch@butterflyMX.com and provide your email address, contact name/phone number and building details in your Lyazon account request.
What to Do:
Once requested, follow the steps below to create your Lyazon account before downloading and logging into the Lyazon Utility App on your mobile phone:

You will receive an email from noreply.onboarding@dormakaba.com with the email subject Invitation from dormakaba
Right click on the Let’s Begin link in the email and click Copy Link Address:
Open any browser and open a “private” browsing window (in Chrome, this is called an “Incognito window”). Paste the link from Step 2 above into the address bar.
Fill out the information on the onboarding form (the email will be pre-filled) then hit Register:

After hitting the Register button, you will be taken to this landing page:
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT REFRESH, CLICK OR EXIT OUT OF THIS PAGE. FAILURE TO ALLOW PAGE TO REDIRECT AND REGISTER ACCOUNT, WILL RESULT IN ERROR WHEN LOGGING INTO LYAZON MOBILE APP. THIS WILL REQUIRE ESCALATION TO DORMAKABA.
The page will redirect and you will see <-> Connecting to Prod. Please log in using the Email and Password created in step 4 above and hit Continue

You will be automatically redirected to this screen. Please select the App Store or Google Play buttons to download the dormakaba Lyazon Utility App and login using the credentials registered in this guide.
