By integrating ButterflyMX with your property management system through a process called Sync, changes made to your resident directory are automatically reflected in the ButterflyMX system. So, new residents are granted property access permission on their move-in date, and former residents’ permissions are revoked upon move-out.

The Sync Process:

• Retrieves the resident list from your property management system.
• Compares the property management resident list with the list maintained in the ButterflyMX database.
• Updates the resident list in the ButterflyMX database based on any access changes detected in your PMS.
