The following documentation walks through how a Property Manager can view and manage ButterflyMX Security Cameras in the ButterflyMX OS.

How to navigate to Cameras in the OS

1. As a Property Manager, navigate to the ButterflyMX OS building list view and select the building that you want to look at.
2. When in the building’s homepage, select the “Camera Management” tab within the left-hand navigation bar.
3. The “Camera Management” tab will show a few things:
   • First and foremost, it will show the cameras that are currently at your building. Each camera will be displayed in this card-like UX.
   • In the example below, you can see you have two cameras. You can select either camera and view that footage or the live stream.
   • When clicking into a Camera card, it will show a pop-up with a full viewer of the camera, giving you the ability to view time in the past and the current live stream.
4. After finding a time frame, you can also download the video from the specific time frame.

   • To do this, hover over the video display, click the three dots located on the bottom right side of the video and hit "Download".
