Overview
The Honeywell T6/T10 thermostats are Wi-Fi connected smart thermostats that integrate directly with the ButterflyMX platform via the Resideo App, giving property managers and residents a seamless way to monitor and control climate — all from the ButterflyMX OS and mobile app they already use.
Property managers can oversee all units from a single dashboard, set temperature limits, configure vacant unit defaults, and automate schedules without ever entering a unit. Residents control their thermostat directly from the ButterflyMX mobile app.

Infrastructure Requirements
C-Wire: Required for both the T6 and T10. If no C-wire is present, a C-wire adapter may be an option — consult your installer

💡 Ensure Wi-Fi coverage reaches thermostat locations in each unit. Weak signals can affect connectivity and data updates. Please note, thermostats do not need to be on the same network as other ButterflyMX devices.
